Payment Policy

This applies for all full/part-time clients. 

All clients must pay before any services are rendered. You will be given a 5 calendar day grace period from the date that payment is due. Any payments sent after will be subject to a $50 additional fee. Not canceling services during the grace period or reaching out to discuss a late payment will result in a $50 late fee per week that the payment is late. Your spot is held until services are cancelled. 

 

We reserve the right to fire clients at any time and if that is done, you will not be refunded. We deal with so much and help as much as possible so if we are to the point of firing a client, no refunds will be given because second and third chances already were given.
